9 Days Delhi-Agra-Corbett NP-Haridwar-Delhi
Day 1: arrival in Delhi and transfer to your hotel.
Day 2: after breakfast start the drive to Agra. On
the way we will make a stop at Sikandra to visit the
Mosque. After check-in at the hotel sightseeing in
Agra, a visit to the Red Fort. It’s a massive
redstone fort, surrounded by double walls rising
over 20 m in height, containing a maze of buildings,
forming a city within a city. Last visit of the day
will be to the Itimad-ud-Daulah, also nicknamed the
Baby Taj. In the early evening back to your hotel.
Day 3: in the early morning at sunrise a visit to
the Taj Mahal. After that back to your hotel for
breakfast and check-out.
Late morning from Agra to Fatehpur Sikri, a
magnificent fortified ghost city. Its well-preserved
palace buildings and the still-used mosque are the
main points of interest. After your visit to
Fatehpur Sikri drive back to Delhi, check-in at your
hotel.
Day 4: early in the morning you can make a cycle
tour through Old Delhi, a great way to explore this
part of the city. It starts at 7 am and ends with
breakfast at Karim’s, one of Delhi’s famous
restaurants at 10 am (optional).
The rest of the day is for sightseeing, we will pay
a visit to India Gate, a 42 meter high stone
memorial arch, Humayun’s Tomb, a superb example of
early Mughal architecture, and the President’s
House, a wonderful palace-like building that
exhibits a blend of Mughal and Western architectural
styles. If time allows we will visit some of Delhi’s
excellent markets.
Early evening back to your hotel.
Day 5: drive from Delhi to Corbett National Park.
This is the first and oldest National Park of India.
It is famous for the richness and diversity of its
wildlife, and it’s a haven for tigers.
Check-in at your hotel early evening.
Day 6: early morning and late afternoon we will make
a jeep safari through the park (2 safaris), trying
to spot as much wildlife as possible.
Day 7: after breakfast we will drive to Haridwar.
Check-in at your Haridwar hotel late afternoon.
Hereafter we will visit Har-Ki-Pairi Ghat, a very
sacred spot, to witness the Ganga aarti (river
worship ceremony) where hundreds of worshippers
gather. As the sun sets bells ring, torches are lit,
and leave baskets with flower petals and a lit
candle are put on the river. It’s an experience not
to be missed.
Day 8: after breakfast we make a trip to Rishikesh,
where we will visit several temples and the gaths.
Thereafter we will drive back to Haridwar, where you
have the rest of the day free to explore this
magnificent town.
Day 9: after breakfast we drive back to Delhi, where
your tour ends.
Price: from 60,000 INR onwards for two persons.

nights, with breakfast, double occupancy), 2 jeep
safaris in Corbett NP, sightseeing as mentioned.
Excluded: cycling tour, lunches, dinners, entrance
